Quest wins last ever regular season game in thriller against Langara

Controversial ending gives Quest the win at the buzzer.

Langara - Last night was the final night of PacWest regular season play. The Langara Falcons played host to the Quest Kermodes for the Quest Basketball programs final regular seasons game as their athletic program will be folding following this season. On Friday, in the first of the double header, Langara was victorious by a score of 100-90.

The first quarter was taken by the Langara Falcons by a score of 22-15 and in the second it was the Kermodes who won the quarter by a score of 27-22 to make the score 44-42 for the Falcons entering the locker rooms.

The second half is where the craziness began. Quest would come out on fire, scoring 31 points in the quarter while holding Langara to 17, opening up a 73-61 lead after 30 minutes. The final quarter would see the Falcons fight all the way back to tie the game before a controversial last second dunk by the Kermodes at the buzzer, which gave Quest the victory 92-90.
