Before the Senior level BC Girl Provincial Finals took place, the two junior girls teams battled for their Junior Girls Title. This year featured the #1 Kelowna Owls and the #2 St.Thomas Aquinas Fighting Saints. The Fighting Saints lead a convincing lead right from the beginning of the game.

The Fighting Saints had a handful of players step up from the Grade 9 team to compete with the junior team through out the Championships. Including the grade 9 standout Jessia Clarke. Just last week she lead her grade 9 team to the Provincial Title.

St.Thomas Aquinas takes the win over Kelowna Owls 49-27. Players of the game were Jaeli Ibberson - Kelowna and Jessica Clarke - St.Thomas Aquinas.
