U17 & U18 Men's National Team Open Id Camp Information

Open ID Camp for athletes on the weekend of October 6-9, 2017

Canada Basketball's Men High Performance Program will conduct an Eastern Canada, Open ID Camp for athletes born in 2000, 2001, and 2002. on the weekend of October 6-9, 2017. This Open ID Camp will take place in preparation for next summer's U18 FIBA America's Championship, and U17 FIBA World Cup.

The camp will take place at Humber College - North Campus, and is open to Canadian male athletes born in the above listed years, who have a valid Canadian passport. Players will be assessed by national team coaches for potential inclusion in the Assessment Camp, for the U17 and U18 National Teams, immediately following the Open ID Camp, on the evening of October 7th, as well as October 8th and 9th.

On the weekend of November 10-12, there will be a Western Canada Open ID Camp, at Ross Sheppard High School in Edmonton Alberta. More information will be released shortly. Canadian athletes are welcome to attend the Eastern or Western Open ID Camp, regardless of home province. Athletes selected from the Western Canada Open ID Session, will be invited to our National Team Invitational Tryouts on Easter Weekend, in 2018 (March 30 - April 2).

REGISTRATION FEE: $20 (must be paid in full when you arrive on Friday evening). Please complete the registration form below, as soon as possible, to confirm your attendance. All athletes are responsible for their own gear, taping, and expenses to attend. There will be an athletic therapist onsite. Athletes will receive a Canada Basketball shirt upon registration.
